Zach was born in Arkansas, but moved to Texas when he was young. He went to Abilene Christian University, where he studied Business Management and played basketball.
Later, he is married to Katie Laughlin, and they have 2 boys, Ford and Brock.
After graduating, he worked as an insurance adjuster, and then made the move to a construction manager.

Jordan and Zach started A+ Gutters in 2018, which became A+ Home Improvement a couple of years later.

Dallas has been a place he called home to Zach since kindergarten. He started the company there, and is excited about growing in Dallas, as well as other Texas markets.
